SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE AND ACTIVITY OF THE "RADOVISHKO POLE" - RADOVISH

Branch Radovishko Pole - Radovish manages the hydro-melioration system Mantovo, which was built from 1974 to 1986. It is located on both sides of the Radovishka River. The area of activity covers several settlements in the Municipality of Radovish and the Municipality of Konche.

The main source of water is the accumulation Mantovo, formed on the river Kriva Lakavica, with a capacity of 49 400 000 m3 water for irrigation of 5 467 ha. Water is used for irrigation and industrial purposes.

Small reservoirs "Konche 1" with a capacity of 95 000 m3, "Konche 3" with a capacity of 118 000 m3 and "Bucim" with a capacity of 30 000 m3, are an additional source of water for irrigation of surfaces in Konechko field of 98 ha.

The system of main facilities consists of a dam "Mantovo", small dams "Konche 1", "Konche 3", "Buchim", a tunnel "Vrashnica" with a length of 8,275 m, a right main channel with a length of 11,7 km, a lion the main channel with a length of 29.7 km, Pumping stations "Raklish", "Vojislavci", "Kalugjerica" ​​and "Podaresh", a distribution network of about 200 km, facilities for regulation of the torrents and protection against erosion.
