Branch office Berovo
Its characteristics are one of the largest and most important hydro-melioration systems in the Republic of Macedonia. In general, the general and general conclusion is that, from the total irrigated areas (60-70)% are fruit plantations.

-River Ratevska with variable oscillatory waterflow (20 to 300 l/s) and minimum quantities of water for irrigation annually for the areas covered by the multipurpose hydro system Berovo,
-River Bregalnica from tyrolean grip, for irrigation of the surfaces through the refectory earthen canals, with minimum quantities of irrigation water at an annual level of 1.000.000m3
Competences, territory, scope and area of activity in HMS Berovo
AD Water Economy of the Republic of Macedonia in state ownership - branch Berovo - Berovo is formed due to: use, maintenance, exploitation and control of the systems for irrigation of the area of activity, water supply and water supply, supply of water to utility companies for irrigation and technological needs, water for legal and natural persons for industrial purposes, water supply for electricity generation and drainage of the land in the defined territory within the system.
